H.B. Fuller Company the specialty chemical maker said third quarter revenues rose 3% to $362 million from $352.3 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter fell 31% to $21.7 million or 44 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $28.4 million or 46 cents per share, a year ago.

Worthington Industries, Inc, Metals processor said first quarter revenues rose 20% to $913.2 million from $759.0 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter rose 239% to $68.6 million or 86 cents per diluted share compared to net income of $20.2 million or 24 cents per share, a year ago.
