) jumped 2.2% or $3.75 to $171.55 after the soft contact lenses maker reported revenues in the fourth-quarter ending in October soared 14% from a year ago to $518.7 million.
Net income in the quarter surged 64.9% to $60.5 million or $1.23 per diluted share compared to the $36.7 million or 75 cents per share from the same quarter last year.
The contact lenses maker forecasted total revenues in fiscal 2017 between $2.09 billion and $2.13 billion.
) slumped 2.6% or 89 cents to $33.25 after the optical cables provider said revenues in the second-quarter ending in October advanced 8.4% from a year ago to $369.9 million.
