Acuity Brands profit and revenues surged. AZZ net plunged 42% on 9% drop in revenues. Constellation Brands net jumped 19%. Global Payments net fell but the payment services provider lifted fiscal outlook. Monsanto net loss narrowed. RPM International net jumped 13%.

AstraZeneca entered into a worldwide licensing agreement with the U.S.-based Allergan for the medi2070. ITE Group said revenue in the year fell 2%. Londonmetric Property agreed to sell two retail parks for £55 million. Vallourec mergered its two Brazilian units.
