Australian market indexes declined more than 1% for the second day in a row and oil prices eased after Greece rejected bailout terms set by international lenders. AGL Energy said it plans to focus on core business and sell-off assets and take a restructuring charge.

EasyJet passenger traffic in June climbed 7.6% and load factor edged up. Rolls-Royce plunged 7% on lowered operating profit forecast. Bovis Homes sales increased 3%. Marshalls revenues climbed 11% to £199 million. Monitise fell on weak revenues forecast.

Markets in India ignore the growing uncertainty and confusion in the euro zone after Greece rejected bailout terms in a referendum held on Sunday. Videocon plans to invest $2.5 bn in oil and gas ventures in Brazil. Kotak Mahindra said foreign investment limit in the bank was rose to 55% from 49%.

U.S. payrolls expanded 223,000 in May and jobless rate fell to 5.3%. New orders for manufactured goods in May eased 1%. In the euro area wholesale inflation was stable. Monetary base in Japan continued to rise at a fast pace and investors worried about volatile markets in Shanghai.
