Stocks market indexes traded lower after crude oil extended five month losses with 3% decline. Proctor & Gamble agreed to sell Duracell business to Berkshire Hathaway for $4.7 billion. Hasbro is in talks to buy Dreamworks SKG. Walmart Stores reported better than expected results.

Market indexes in Japan closed higher and the Nikkei 225 Stock Average extended gains to 11% in the month. Foreign investors added net 2 trillion yen of $17.3 billion of Japanese equities in the two weeks to November 7.

Berkshire Hathaway agreed to acquire the Duracell battery business from Procter & Gamble. Hasbro is in talk with DreamWorks Animation. Kohl''s net plunged 20%. SeaWorld Entertainment net tumbled 27.7% on 8% decrease in revenues. Viacom net declined 9%. Wal-Mart net slid 0.4%.

Ahold net climbed 8% to €178 million. SABMiller profit soared 15% to $2.1 billion. Iliad revenues in the third-quarter soared 30% to €416 million. RWE net loss narrowed to €30 million and 7% decrease of revenues. Symrise profit surged 26% to €176 million.
