For fiscal 2012, revenues grew 9% to $516.6 million from $473.6 million in the same period of last year. Net income in the year jumped 142% to $43.1 million or $3.42 per diluted share compared to $17.8 million or $1.42 per share a year ago earlier.

The Home Depot, Inc
) gained 2% or $1.18 to $110.37 after the home improvement retailer closed its remaining seven big box stores in China as the company plan to focus in specialty stores and online offerings.
After closing, the retailer will record after tax charge nearly $160 million and confirmed fiscal 2012 diluted earnings per share to be up approximately 19% to $2.95.
Werner Enterprises, Inc.
) declined 8% or $1.91 to $21.76 after the logistic company expects earnings per diluted share for the third quarter ending September 30 to be in the range of 33 cents to 36 cents after fuel price, depreciation and maintenance costs rise faster than revenues per mile.
