Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited
surged 12.2% to Rs 140.70 after consolidated net profit in the first quarter surged 51.1% to Rs 417.50 crore and total revenue soared 73.4% to Rs 1,567.97 crore.
Adani Power Limited
dropped 2.4% to Rs 34.20 after consolidated net loss in the first quarter widened to Rs 1,198.29 crore compared to Rs 809.81 crore and consolidated total revenues surged 65.3% to Rs 2571.66 crore.
Bank of Baroda
plummeted 7.9% to Rs 516.15 after net profit in the first quarter grew 2.5% to Rs 1,167.87 crore and total income surged 14.9% to Rs 10,717.49 crore.
As on June, the bank''s ratio of gross non-performing assets to gross advances increased to 2.99% from 1.84% a year earlier.
Cummins India Limited
plunged 5.1% to Rs 407.45 after net profit in the first quarter declined 8% to Rs 166.19 crore and total revenue dropped 14% to Rs 1,116.12 crore.
Castrol India Limited
gained 1.8% to Rs 319.90 after net profit in the second quarter climbed 27% to Rs 153.60 crore and net sales rose 1.6% to Rs 881.40 crore.
GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Limited
slid 1.9% to Rs 4,598 after net profit in the second quarter advanced 12.5% to Rs 119.96 crore and total revenues jumped 18% to Rs 928.33 crore.
Mahindra & Mahindra Limited
declined 3.5% to Rs 880.50 after total auto sales in July declined 21% to 37,096 units.
In the July month, passenger vehicles sales declined 29% to 15,530 units and domestic sales fell 19% to 34,490 units.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited
rose 0.9% to Rs 1,340.30 after in the first quarter net profit surged 49% to Rs 631.61 crore and net sales fell 5.1% to Rs 9,995.12 crore.
In July 2013, total sales increased 1.3% to 83,299 units and domestic sales gained 5.8% to 75,145 and export sales plunged 27.3% to 8,154 units.
